NDIS Compliance Watch — 38 Actions in June, Including a Provider Ban

 The NDIS Commission issued 38 compliance actions against NDIS providers in June 2026, as part of its ongoing work to keep the scheme safe for participants.



The most notable action highlighted in this month's newsletter was the banning of Monique Jeremiah of Diversity Models from providing any services or supports to NDIS participants. The Commission also revoked the registration of Mon Cheri Gifts Pty Ltd, trading as Diversity Models.


According to the NDIS Commission, this action followed an investigation that uncovered serious and systemic breaches of the NDIS Code of Conduct, including instances of bullying on social media, privacy breaches, and a lack of participant choice and control. **Why compliance actions matter beyond the individual case:** each banning order, registration revocation or compliance notice is a live signal of what the NDIS Commission is actively enforcing — and a reminder that both registered and unregistered providers are expected to meet the same Code of Conduct obligations around participant safety, privacy and genuine choice and control.


**For participants and families:** compliance actions and banning orders are publicly searchable through the NDIS Commission's Provider Register, which shows whether a provider is currently registered, suspended or has had their registration revoked — a useful check before starting with any new provider.


**For providers:** the recurring themes across compliance actions — privacy breaches, lack of participant choice and control, and Code of Conduct breaches — are a practical checklist worth reviewing internally, rather than waiting for an audit or complaint to test your own compliance.
